Do not order if you live in a highrise. I didn’t realize this place requires signatures, so I cannot have anything delivered anymore. I was so excited to find this place, but now I can’t order anything due to signature requirement. I live in a highly secured building on the 17th floor, I cannot be waiting at the front door of my highrise for mail. You are so cruel. I just had a $200 order turned away because security won’t sign for my package and USPS can’t ring my door from the mailroom. The owner refused to help and seemingly mocked me for being upset at not receiving an expensive package. My bad for not being made of money like you are apparently, glad you’re making so much off of people.

apparently after looking at our records, you actually HAVE been receiving your product from us, in your high rise apartment for several months now.
it’s just the times that it has required a signature because you have ordered more than 100$ worth of product, you now have to go down to the mail room and wait for your product to arrive.
I’d prefer it if you made sure to post the entirety of our conversations which il be happy to do here. as you made sure to cuss out and personally insult the person who was emailing you back and forth and also were an extremely rude person to the person working after hours with your concerns. il make sure to post it below in detail.

furthermore, signature delivery is standard practice in our business. nothing special happened for or to you. If you don’t receive your product, we are more than happy to refund you.

This is incredibly underhanded of you. Order #[Redacted] was not delivered today because I live in a high rise. I cannot be waiting for mail, I live on the [Redacted]. USPS did not have the concierge sign for it either.
You need to remove the requirement for a signature IMMEDIATELY or I will be contesting the charges for this order. This is absolutely unacceptable. I thought I found a new place to order from, but after this, I cannot order anything from you.
Please, take the requirement off. I can show you my ID to verify my age, but this package won’t be delivered with this requirement. This was so cruel of you to do, why the hell would you do this? You have my payment info.
If the delivery is not reattempted tomorrow and I do not receive it I will be initiating a chargeback for this.

Hello Ben. I’m not sure how you see a signature delivery requirement that we do for all orders over a certain amount as being cruel. It is standard in our business.
Once an order has been shipped with a signature requirement, we are unable to remove the requirement for the delivery.
We do this to ensure we and the customer is not scammed or product over a certain value is lost, damaged or stolen. We do this as a form of safety and insurance for our customers.
I can refund your purchase once we receive the product back if you are unable to sign for it.
In the future, I can suggest purchasing smaller amounts so as not to hit the signature required delivery amount.
If you have any further questions or requests please send an email back and we will do our best to help.

All I want is my package that I paid a lot of money for, but I get USPS saying no one can sign for it WHEN I LIVE ON THE [Redacted] AND THE MAIL ROOM IS ON THE [Redacted]. HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO SIGN FOR IT ITS LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE I CANNOT TELEPORT.
But great, good to know customers means absolutely nothing to you and instead are not willing to work with me at all and I just get an expensive package sent back. But no, if I don’t receive it I’ll contest the charges after this.

It seems you have made your decision, and I hate that your going to miss out on great product because of a missed opportunity with the mail room. If you do not receive your product, I wholeheartedly implore you to do a charge back on the order.

You misunderstand. If you require signatures on more expensive packages which will be my typical purchase then I cannot receive packages. USPS will not deliver it here. I do not live in the mailroom, so I cannot go down there to sign for it. So no, this isn’t a single missed opportunity, that is completely missing the point. This is saying that I can not order any package above some threshold which wasn’t specified to me.
If you can contact USPS and get them to remove the signature requirement and I receive the package then fine. But this is going to be an ongoing issue, because I spend a lot of money when I order. And I’m not going to want to email you every time because USPS gives me a pink slip instead, I’m just going to go elsewhere. This is very simple.
I see why you have such a bad reputation though.

Yup I love it. I am a heavy heavy smoker and I have no problem saying I took a small dab and you can 100% immediately tell you just hit a sativa.
